SHIPPING + RETURNS


AUSTRALIA: FREE SHIPPING FOR ALL ORDERS OF $48 & OVER.

All orders are dispatched out of our Gold Coast studio via AUS Post eParcel with a signature required upon delivery & a tracking number; which will be sent to your email address upon shipment (please ensure your email is correct). For all orders of $48 and under within Australia, a $6 flat rate will apply.

Australia Express shipping is $10

*Please note: Production for made-to-order pieces will take up to 3-5 weeks.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING - WE SHIP WORLDWIDE!

FREE for orders over $175 AUD. For orders under $175 AUD a flat rate of $14.50 will apply.

Our international parcels are sent via either Pack and Track or registered post, click here to see whether your country qualifies for Pack and Track. Pack and Track includes a tracking number but does not offer signature-on-delivery service.

Parcels being sent to rest of the world are sent via REGISTERED MAIL. This service offers no tracking, however does require signature on delivery.

Please allow 3-16 business days for your parcel to arrive, once your parcel has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email.

Express International Shipping - $30 AUD / 3-5 business days.

International Express Shipping is $30, 3-5 business days, this does not include production time for made to order items.

Germany & Canada Express - $30 // 3-5 business days.

Due to German & Canadian customs, all orders being sent to Germany & Canada can only be sent via EXPRESS courier. This ensures tracking and signature on delivery. To ensure your treasures arrive safely, all parcels travelling to Germany or Canada are not eligible for free shipping & must have their parcels sent express. 

Romania Express - $35 // 3-5 business days.

Due to Romanian customs, all orders being sent to Romania can only be sent via EXPRESS courier. This ensures tracking and signature on delivery. To ensure your treasures arrive safely, all parcels travelling to Romania are not eligible for free shipping & must have their parcels sent express. 

CUSTOMS & CLEARANCE CHARGES
YCL does not accept financial responsibility for additional customs charges you may encounter after your purchase has been made. We will not dispense a refund if a customer refuses to pay a customs fee their parcel is returned to us. If the customer desires the parcel to be shipped re-shipped, additional postage costs will be incurred.
If your package is deemed ‘undeliverable’ and returned to our studio, an additional postage fee will be required to re-deliver the item.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us. If you receive your purchase and are dissatisfied, please contact us and we can work together in resolving the situation, on the proviso that the piece is returned undamaged, unworn & without any scratches etc within 5 days of receiving it. Postage back to YCL HQ is the customer’s responsibility.

FAULTY ITEMS

All treasures are checked before shipment and made with love to ensure a high level of quality. In the rare case that breakage occurs, due to a manufacturing fault within the first 8 months of purchase, YCL Jewels will happily replace or repair the treasure and return it free off charge. Please email info@ycljewels.com with a photo of your piece. We will also happily also issue a gift card for any faulty items for the full amount, including any postage paid.

Faulty items are assessed case by case. If damage has occurred due personal wear & tear, mishandling or not caring for the treasure as per our instructions, it will not be covered under our warranty.

- YCL JEWELS is not responsible for refunding an item if the customer has simply changed their mind or no longer wishes to follow through with the order.

- YCL JEWELS is not responsible for refunding an item if it has been lost in the post.

- YCL JEWELS is not responsible for personal breakage, damage, wear and tear.

PLEASE NOTE:

The shipping and delivery time does not include the production time. YCL pieces are handmade, please allow 2-4 weeks for them to be made.

YCL Jewels is not responsible for items that go missing within Australia & internationally. If an item does go missing, YCL Jewels will lodge an investigation with the specific postal service and attempt to track its location. YCL Jewels is also not responsible for addresses that are entered incorrectly, so please ensure you check all entered information at checkout.
