Covid-19 Updates

Our online store is operating as per usual with orders shipping within 1-2 business days world wide via EXPRESS post. We have heightened our hygiene & sanitary practices, which are also being upheld by our logistics partners to ensure your order arrives safely. The World Health Organisation has stated there is a low likelihood of the virus living on packages, so online shopping remains safe.

How much will shipping cost?

Express shipping is free for all Australian orders $150+, New Zealand orders $150+ & international $300+. If you are within Australia & your order is below $150 express shipping will cost $8. For all rates please click here.

How long will my order take to ship?

In stock: In stock pieces will be processed & shipped within 1-3 business days

Pre-order: Please refer to the individual product page for the delivery time frame.

Solid gold rings: 8-12 weeks

Australian orders are shipped express via Australia Post & international orders are shipped via DHL Express. Please click here for expected international delivery times.

What is YCL's return policy?

If you change your mind about your piece YCL Jewels will happily offer a gift card to the full amount including shipping cost YCL has already paid, or refund less shipping costs, within the first 14 days of receiving your piece. To organise a return, please email our customer care team at info@ycljewels.com to obtain a return authorisation number. Please allow 7 days for your return to be processed once received. How will my order be packaged?

To lessen our carbon footprint & work towards making YCL as sustainable as possible, when multiple pieces are purchased, each piece will be packaged appropriately in one box to ensure safe travels (along with a few other goodies we gift to you). Please let us know in the notes section at checkout if you require more boxes.

Where are YCL pieces made?

Our pieces are hand made by Fabienne YCL's sunlit studio as well as by our global team of craftsmen in United States, China, South Korea & Indonesia. Our leading manufacturer is a small, family owned business with female-led teams & whom value responsible working practices for their artisans. Every piece of YCL is carved, cut, filed, & polished by hand.

Does YCL have a warranty?

Yes we do, All of our pieces come with an 8 month manufacturing warranty however this does not include personal wear & tear.

The item I want is out of stock?

If the item you are wanting is our of stock, please click the 'email when in stock' button to be notified when it is due to arrive back in stock. Or email info@ycljewels.com to see when it is due to be back in stock.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Gift wrapping will include a high quality branded YCL Jewels box finished with a beautiful ruby red ribbon bow, a rose quartz crystal and a care card. Select the "Add Gift Wrapping $3" option when adding your piece to your cart. All orders are delivered in one box, if you require more please stipulate this at the checkout.

Please note: we try to keep our carbon footprint as minimal as possible, so we do not use wrapping paper.

Which material is right for me?

18k gold fill (base of copper): Most affordable option for gold pieces, perfect if you only want to wear it a few times a week.

14k gold vermeil (base of silver): 3-4 times thicker gold-plating than standard plated pieces, hypoallergenic, durable & perfect for daily wear.

14k gold fill (base of silver): With a thick layer of solid gold bonded over 925 sterling silver, hypoallergenic, durable & perfect for daily wear.

I am local, can I pick my order up in your Showroom?

Yes of course, orders can be picked up from our Gold Coast showroom between 9am-3:30pm Monday to Friday. Please select 'Pick Up' at the checkout & once your order is ready for collection, you will be notified via email. 

How can I redeem my 10% mailing list discount code?

When you sign up to YCL's mailing list (footer of our website) you will receive a 10% discount code for your first purchase only. This code is only applicable to a certain collection of items, view what these pieces are here. Please type your code into the discount code field at checkout.
